About the event
ALSA UK’s International Women’s Day event returns in 2026 with The Power of Connection, an in-person event focused on building meaningful professional relationships between women at different stages of their careers.
This year’s event shifts the focus from simply sharing stories to creating the connections that help those stories move forward. Through a panel discussion and interactive networking activities, attendees will hear honest reflections from women across industries about their career journeys, the barriers they have faced, and the role that networks, mentorship, and community have played in their progression.
