What is the ALSA UK Empowerment Summit?

The ALSA UK Summit is our flagship annual event bringing together ambitious and curious young people for a day of inspiration, empowerment, and connection. Whether you're a student, creative, entrepreneur, professional, or still figuring things out — this summit is for you.

Each year, we create a space where the community can come together to learn from one another. This year’s theme, unlocking your potential is the core of ALSA UK.

At ALSA UK, we believe unlocking your potential goes beyond just academic and career success. It’s about discovering what truly drives you, stepping outside your comfort zone, and building the confidence to pursue your passions. Your potential isn’t limited to traditional success. You have the power to create change.

This year is all about recognising your unique strengths and giving you the tools and confidence to take the next step — whether that’s in your education, your career, your mental wellbeing, or your community.

From stories of starting from scratch and building something meaningful, to overcoming challenges and pushing past limitations, the summit is about helping you see what’s possible — and how to get there.
